Refund and Return Policy

Pre-Course Cancellation: Registrants may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the commencement of the classes. To ensure a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the course.
Post-Course Start: Once a program has begun, it is deemed non-refundable. Participants who start a course will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Cancellable Products/Services: Certain products or services, such as downloadable content or specialized training materials, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products: Any physical products must be returned within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition.
Refund Initiation: Refunds for returned products or pre-course cancellations will be initiated within 30 days from the date of eligibility confirmation.

Verification: Provide your registration or order details. Our support team will verify the status of your course or product.
Approval: Once your request is approved, further instructions for returning physical products or confirmation of course cancellation will be provided.

Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation fee if the procedure is followed as per the terms mentioned. However, failure to return a product in its original condition or within the return window may result in a denial of the refund.
Documentation: Proof of purchase and identity may be required for processing the cancellation or return.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
